I am interested how do I book?

I offer a 30 minute initial consultation which is charged at the reduced rate of £20. This is your opportunity to meet with me, tell me a little bit about what you want to bring to therapy, ask any questions you might have and generally get a feel for the way that I work. I will also let you know how I may be able to support you. From here we will schedule your weekly counselling and therapy sessions.

Short term or long term therapy?

Some people come to therapy for as few as 6 sessions and experience enormous growth and leave feeling fulfilled and invigorated. However, more often people work with me for aproximately 12 weeks, and some clients have opted to stay for over a year to work more deeply and extensively. Ultimately, how long you commit to therapy will depend on your wants, needs, budget and what you want to work on.
